Effective November 20th, 2023, our Chandler office located at 5055 W. Ray Road Suite 17 is moving to combine with our Western Dental (also now part of Brident) office at 1080 W. Elliot Road in Tempe (see map below). Here you’ll continue to enjoy high quality dental care from our professional and caring doctors and staff.
All appointments scheduled through November 17th should be kept at our current location.
We will transfer your dental records directly to the new office to avoid any interruption in service. To request a copy of your dental records, or to schedule any future appointments, please call us at (480) 845-6625.
