Please note that you may request that a copy of your patient records be transferred to you or another provider of your choice, at any time. If you wish to transfer your patient records to another provider, you can do so by calling (704) 544-0965. For your convenience, a copy of your patient records will remain with Dr. Richardson at the DentalWorks – Matthews practice at 2335 Matthews Township Pkwy #111, Matthews, North Carolina, 28105.
