What Type of Information Does Collect and How Is It Used?
Dental One gathers only the customer information needed to administer the business, provide superior service, and communicate offers on merchandise and services that may be of interest to you. This site does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 13.

There are two categories of information that may be collected about you when you visit the site. The first type is personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, insurance information, and Social Security number.
