Dr. Amer Shammaa is devoted to providing quality personal orthodontic care. His treatment approach combines the most innovative techniques and state-of-the-art appliances and equipment. Being trained under some of the best orthodontists in the country, Dr. Shammaa hopes to change peoples’ lives by creating a healthy smile that will make them happy and confident. He enjoys creating long-term relationships with his patients and their families.
Dr. Shammaa received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota and his postgraduate certificate and Master of Science degree in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics from West Virginia University. Dr. Shammaa is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, and several other professional organizations. He is certified and has valuable experience treating patients using Invisalign, TADs (mini-implants), lingual braces, Wilcodontics, orthognathic surgical cases and multiple other orthodontics techniques.
Dr. Shammaa is married to his wife Aylah. His hobbies include playing soccer, reading, and spending time with his family.
