Dr. Anita Brown is a Knoxville native and enjoys the beautiful outdoors and local surroundings of the Great Smoky Mountains.
A true Tennessee Volunteer, Dr. Brown graduated from Farragut High School, received her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 2007, and graduated from dental school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis in 2014.
After dental school graduation, Dr. Brown furthered her education and received advanced training in cosmetic, restorative, and oral surgery procedures by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in the U.S. Virgin Islands in 2015. She obtains well over the required number of continued education hours and is active in many dental organizations and associations. She is very compassionate about dentistry and helping others.
Dr. Brown participates in many community service and outreach events in our community, and has held various leadership roles throughout her academic career. She is a current member of the American Dental Association, National Dental Association, and Tennessee Dental Association.
Dr. Brown practices specializes in teeth replacement bye extractions, dentures and implant dentistry. She believes dentistry is rarely about just one tooth, but about the overall health and function of the entire mouth. Dr. Brown provides her patients with comprehensive treatment plans that focus on restoring function and oral health of patients. She stands behind her work, and her recommendations, knowing they reflect her integrity and her faith.
