Dr. Donald L. Ross received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry in 1988. He went on to complete his general practice residency in 1988. Dr. Ross has demonstrated the commitment to continuing education and public service on active duty as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service since 1992. Donald stays active in his community by participating in his parish and mentoring a group of young men in the Columbian Squires program. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and photography
