Dr. Dhruti Chokshi was born and raised in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Government Dental College and Hospital, Ahmedabad in 2011 where she met her (now) husband, who is also a dentist. She practiced dentistry in India for a couple of years before moving to the US. She pursued her DDS from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor (GO BLUE!). While providing dental care, she believes in comprehensive treatment planning and helping patients achieve their ideal smile and optimal oral health. Through her positive attitude and comforting approach, she believes in making dental treatments as comfortable as possible! She keeps herself updated with regular continuing education in the latest advances of dentistry and she is an active member of the ADA (American Dental Association), MDA (Michigan Dental Association), CDS (Chicago Dental Society) and WDDS (Washtenaw District Dental Society). Along with basic dental care of root canal treatments, crowns, fillings and bridges, she also offers treatments in Oral surgery, implants, LASER etc. Apart from dentistry, she enjoys spending her time painting, reading books, traveling, dancing, yoga and board games with her husband!
