Dr. Crum

Eric Crum, DMD, is originally from Tucson, Arizona. This is where he worked for his father, an orthodontist, and was inspired to pursue dentistry.

Dr. Crum attended Chapman University on a Presidential Scholarship. He then moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with honors in 2007. Following graduation, Dr. Crum moved to Boston where he was accepted to a post graduate internship at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. There, he developed a keen interest in Orthognathic Jaw Surgery and TMJ Disorders.

After completing his internship, Dr. Crum left Boston for Los Angeles where he completed an additional four years of hospital based maxillofacial surgery training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. The rigors of Los Angeles have given Dr. Crum an appreciation for maxillofacial trauma and correction of facial deformities. Dr. Crum maintains active hospital privileges at Banner Del E Webb Medical Center.

Dr. Crum’s professional affiliations include: the American and Arizona Dental Associations, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Arizona, Phoenix and Western Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He holds a Dental License in Arizona and California and has an Anesthesia Permit for the state of Arizona.

Dr. Crum is an avid basketball fan and plays recreationally. When he’s not treating patients, he likes to unwind with his wife Tess and dogs Rondo and Mox. Dr. Crum enjoys hiking Thunderbird Mountain and basking in the Arizona sunshine.
