Dr. Joseph Pittman earned both his Bachelor of Science and D.D.S. from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the NC Dental Society, the Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Veler Society and the UNC Orthodontic Alumni Association. Dr. Pittman has published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals and has spent volunteer time in Cusco, Perio and Kampala, Uganda doing dental volunteer work. To share his expertise in the community, Dr. Pittman has spent time working with local refugees, being a small group leader at a local church and participating in dental volunteering events. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and new daughter.
