Katie Johnston, DDS, is an active member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Oakland County Dental Association. Dr. Johnston graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in biochemistry in 2003 from the University of Michigan – having lettered in cross country and track during her tenure, and graduated from the University of Michigan Dental School in 2007. She received advanced training in dentistry at Northwestern University’s General Practice Residency in 2008, and practiced for 4 years in the Chicago suburbs before returning to Michigan and joining DentalWorks in 2012.
Dr. Johnston enjoys all aspects of dentistry including fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care and prides herself on developing treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Johnston enjoys spending time with her husband and four young boys, running, playing golf, and returning to Ann Arbor for football games.
