Dr. Kayla Tavares is a Board-Certified Endodontist and has been practicing dentistry since 2010. She specializes in endodontic treatment in a gentle, peaceful environment. Dr. Tavares graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine earning her Endodontics specialty certificate and a Master of Dental Sciences. She is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Fort Worth Dental Society. She is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists and has served in the Educational Affairs and Membership Services Committees. She is passionate about dental education and served as chair of the Endodontic Section of the American Dental Education Association. Dr. Tavares has also volunteered as faculty in the Endodontic Department of the University of Texas Houston School of Dentistry. In her spare time she loves to cook, travel and spend time with her husband and puppy Oreo.
