Dr. Meagan Steward received her DDS degree from Texas A&M (Baylor) College of Dentistry in May of 2017. Dr. Meagan Steward is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana. She attended McNeese State University where she majored in Biology with a minor in chemistry and a concentration in Pre-Dental studies. In 2018 she completed her dental anesthesia fellowship from Indiana University School of Medicine at Eskenazi County Hospital. Dr. Meagan Steward completed her pediatric residency training in 2020 after attending the Center for Advanced Dental Education at Saint Louis University where she also received her Master’s in Dental Sciences. Dr. Meagan Steward always knew she had a passion for caring for children. From a young age, she enjoyed her routine dental check-ups with her pediatric dentist. As she got older, she realized most people did not enjoy going to the dental office. She knew from that point she wanted to help make some child’s experience at the dental clinic so great they would never develop dental fear and anxiety that would prevent them from receiving oral health care as an adult.
