Nishant Joshi

Dr. Nishant Joshi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, Ontario (2002) and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine (2006). After graduating in 2006, he immediately pursued a specialization in periodontics and received a Master of Science in Periodontology from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine (2009). During his residency, he served as Chief Resident for two consecutive years. Later that year, Dr. Joshi became a board-certified periodontist and attained diplomat status with the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Joshi is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Periodontics at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Recently, Dr. Joshi received the American Academy of Periodontology Outstanding Educator Award in 2013 in recognition of outstanding teaching and mentoring in periodontics. He is one of the youngest recipients of this nationally recognized and prestigious award Dr. Joshi has been with DentalWorks for five years, serving patients in the Cleveland, Akron, and Youngstown areas. Dr. Joshi is committed to his work, focusing on all phases of periodontal therapy, dental implants, third molar extractions, exposure of impacted teeth, and accelerated orthodontics, all in the comfort of IV sedation. Dr. Joshi has a warm personality and compassionate disposition. He is dedicated to providing high-quality services to his patients with respect and dignity. When not working or teaching, Dr. Joshi enjoys time with his son Aydin and traveling.
