Dr. Pasquale DellaGatta received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Ohio State University Dental School in 1995. He also received a Bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University in 1991. Dr. DellaGatta attended the General Dental Residency at Forum Health in 1996. He has been an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry since 2005. Dr. DellaGatta stays involved in his community by donating to various charities. He enjoys golfing, basketball, and boating.
