Dr. Boppana has been practicing Orthodontics for over 21 years. She began her schooling at the University of Gulbarga in India, where she earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). Upon immigrating to the U.S., she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree graduating first in her class from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2000. While at the University of Detroit Mercy, she also received her Certificate and Master of Science (MS) degree in Orthodontics. Dr. Boppana makes it a priority to provide the highest quality treatment and achieve the best results possible. She treats both children and adults in a comfortable and professional setting here at our office in Canton, Michigan. Dr. Boppana is caring and compassionate, using her job to make a difference in her patients’ lives, which makes her a perfect fit here at Golnick Pediatric Dental. Some of her Scholastic Achievements include: AAO award for exceptional interest in the development of the Orofacial complex in April 2000, Undergraduate achievement award by American College of Prosthodontics in April 2000, Psi Omega National Council Scholastic Achievement Award in April 2000, Annual honorary member of the Dean’s List in 1998, 1999, 2000, Certificate for Academic Excellence in April 1998, March 1999, and April 2000 from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Michigan Dental Association. Dr. Boppana enjoys physical fitness, social events, and volunteering as well as spending time with her two children in her spare time. She speaks English and Indian languages (Hindi and Telugu). Dr. Boppana is very passionate about her job and truly cares about each and every patient she has. We are very happy to have her as a part of our team.
